Headquarters Expansion Project

We’re building a long-term home for staff. Will you join us?

When we first launched our Roots of Renewal campaign in 2025, the goal was growth — new programs, new locations, and a massive increase in the capacity of our crisis shelter. More people in Oklahoma were in desperate need of the life-changing services we offer, and we wanted to increase our ability to serve them.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of individuals, foundations, and organizations who donated to the campaign, those goals have been realized. In May 2026, we opened the renovated east wing of our crisis shelter to guests, increasing our capacity by 20-25 beds. That’s a 35% increase, and it’s going to mean the difference between life and death for individuals in crisis.

To make room for the expansion, we moved the majority of our administrative and office staff out of the shelter into temporary office space, acknowledging that we would need to find a long-term home in the coming year. The Spring’s Headquarters Expansion Project will be that home — a permanent, sustainable home for our administrative staff, as well as the Tulsa home base for our Non-Residential Service staff members. In addition, the location will serve as our first-ever publicly available donation center for around-the-clock drop-off and processing, which increases the safety of guests at our crisis shelter by removing this component from that facility.

This new headquarters space will be a huge level-up for our team, and it all ties in to the original goal of our Roots of Renewal Campaign — to serve more vulnerable people escaping crisis and running towards hope.

A New Home Base

  • Around 12,000 square feet

  • Office space for administrative staff, with abundant coworking space for traveling Spring staff members.

  • Staff kitchen and break room

  • Two conference rooms

  • Non-Residential meeting rooms for group therapy, Bible studies, life skills classes, childcare, and more

  • The Spring’s first-ever public donation center and processing space.

Last year, God gave us an opportunity too good to pass up on, and we closed on a former daycare building not far from our transitional living facility. We’re actively renovating the building to make it suitable as our headquarters, and we’re hoping to move in before the end of the year.
