Our Donor Privacy Policy

The Spring and its affiliates will not sell, share or trade donors' names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to donors on behalf of other organizations. This policy applies to all information received by The Spring, both online and offline, as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.

The Spring uses a third-party service provider to manage credit card processing. The service provider is not permitted to store, retain, or use billing Information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on The Spring’s behalf. To the extent The Spring engages a third-party service provider to provide internal support, donors’ information may not be used by the third party provider for their promotional purposes or for any other purpose from which it was intended.
