For four decades, The Spring has stood as a beacon for survivors in the Tulsa area, offering safety, hope, and restoration for those affected by domestic and sexual violence, human trafficking, and stalking. On April 9, we’re inviting our community to celebrate the work being done to create communities free from abuse — and to step inside the story yourself.

This unique event features an immersive walk-through experience, giving you the chance to see

for yourself how individuals are finding hope and a future with The Spring. You’ll travel room to room in a designed narrative — the first call for help, walking through The Spring’s doors, and beyond.

If your heart beats for the vulnerable people in our community falling prey to violence and exploitation, this is a night you won’t forget.

We hope you’ll join us to connect, celebrate the work we’ve done, and prepare for the year ahead. Reserve your tickets by April 1 to make sure you’ll have a seat!

Presenting

  • This is more than a fundraiser — it's a chance for the supporters who fuel our mission to lean in and experience first-hand the life-change we help our guests, clients, and residents discover. During this year’s gala event, we’re introducing a new element: an immersive walk-through experience that gives you the chance to step into the story and see for yourself how individuals are finding hope with The Spring. You’ll travel room to room as part of a designed narrative — the first call for help, walking through The Spring’s doors, and beyond.

In keeping with our ethos to be trauma-informed in our work with survivors, this experience aspires to the highest levels of sensitivity and care in its presentation of possibly unsettling subject matter, but no one is required to walk through the experience. Any attendee who chooses can opt out.

  • All you need to do to attend is buy a ticket. If you’re inspired to support the work we do with a gift, there’ll be an opportunity to do so, but it’s definitely not required.

  • Table packages are available, which include eight seats together. If you’re planning to attend with a group, that’s your best bet.

  • Tickets for Encounter Hope are set at market value and aren’t tax deductible. We’re confident you’ll get your money’s worth!
